Congress today said that the National Counter Terrorism Centre, NCTC is the need of the hour. The party spokesman Rashid Alvi told media that the government wants to set up NCTC and is trying to evolve consensus with all Chief Ministers of States and political parties on the issue. He said that the government wants to create a strong anti-terror agency to control terrorist activities in the country.
