The Congress has said, the National Counter Terrorism Centre, NCTC, is the need of the hour to fight terrorism in the country. Talking to reporters in New Delhi on Sunday, party spokesman Rashid Alvi said, the government is consulting all chief ministers and political parties to evolve a consensus over the issue.
