Nationalist Congress Party will extend its full support to Women's Reservation Bill in Parliament. Stating this party's National General Secretary and MP Tariq Anwar said at Katihar today that the demand for sub-quota in the bill for other backward community was not justified as there was no provision for reservation for this class in legislature in the constitution. He expressed his hope that in view of all major political parties extending their support to the bill in its original form, a general consensus will be reached to pass this bill in current session of Parliament.
