NCP Chief Sharad Pawar says his party will not pull out of Maharashtra govt.

The NCP Chief Mr. Sharad Pawar has reiterated that his party will not pull out of the Maharashtra government and the resignation of Ajit Pawar as State's Deputy Chief Minister was his own.

Talking to newsmen in Kolkata this evening Mr. Pawar said that NCP does not want instability in the country and will continue to support Congress led Governments at the Centre and also in Maharashtra.

Referring to Maharashtra episode he said that NCP legislature party at its meeting today requested Mr. Ajit Pawar to reconsider his decision to quit from the Deputy Chief Minister post and entrusted the Party chief to take a final view on it. Mr. Pawar said that the NCP is totally with Mr. Ajit Pawar.
