NCM V Chairperson appreciates Tamil Nadu for being pioneer in working for uplift of minorities

In Tamil Nadu, The Vice Chairperson of National Commission for Minorities, Atif Rasheed has appreciated the state for being a pioneer in working for the uplift of minorities in educational, social and economic sectors.<br />'' <br />''Speaking to media on his two day visit to Chennai, he said that the State Government had utilised 100 percent financial target for unique scholarship and had formed a dedicated IT cell to address issues being faced by the minority students.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">He said that Prime Minister's 15 point program was implemented in the State.  He pointed out that the Centre had given Rs. Four thousand 812 lakh worth of financial assistance was given to minority communities benefitting more than eight thousand families.</span><br />
