National Commission for Minorities Member H. S. Hanspal on Wednesday blamed the Punjab Government for not disbursing central government grant of rupees 37 crores meant for the scholarships to poor students of minority communities living in Punjab.Talking to media persons at Begowal village on Wednesday, Hanspal alleged that the State government had diverted the funds and he had written to the Punjab Governor to look into it.
