The National Consumer Helpline, NCH, has received over ten thousands calls during November this year related with consumer’s issues. Over 600 complaints were also received through online complaint system on NCH website. According to an official release, over 600 complaints were resolved under convergence with various companies.
The maximum calls were received from Delhi followed by Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. The Consumer Helpline is a service which provides information, advice and guidance related to consumer issues.
