The Pre-Everest expedition of the National Cadet Corps, NCC, to Mount Kamet in Garhwal region of Uttarakhand was flagged off by the Defence Secretary Shashikant Sharma in New Delhi today. An official release said, the expedition is the 2nd one in preparation for the NCC Everest expedition slated for March next year.
