NCC cadets should take inspiration from Ambedkar's life: PM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged National Cadet Corps, NCC cadets to take inspiration from the life of Dr B R Ambedkar, one of the key architect of the Indian Constitution. <br/><br/>Addressing the cadets who came from across the country to take part in the Republic Day celebrations in New Delhi today, Mr Modi said, the year is very special as it marks the 125th birth anniversary of Dr Ambedkar. <br/><br/>He said, despite facing contempt and neglect in his life, the constitution Dr Ambedkar drafted has no bitterness or vendetta against any section. He said, the constitution is an integrating factor that guides and inspires people to walk shoulder to shoulder and fulfill the responsibilities towards the nation. <br/>Mr Modi said, fora like NCC connect people from across India and create a feeling of oneness. He said the Tricolur, Constitution and dreams of 125 crore Indians binds all of them.<br/> <br/>The Prime Minister urged the NCC cadets to imbibe the good things that they observed during their stay in Delhi over the last one month for the Republic Day celebrations.
