Jammu and Kashmir government has said, that the National Conference worker Mohammed Yusuf whose death has sparked off a controversy in the state, died due to cardio respiratory failure. State Principal Secretary, Home B.R. Sharma told a press conference in Srinagar this evening that the preliminary atopsy report of the deceased has cofirmed that the death occurred due to heart attack and there were no marks of torture on the body. Giving a detail account of the happenings leading to the death of the National conference worker, Mr. Sharma said that when the Chief Minister directed Inspector General of Police Crime branch to verify the complaint against the deceased worker, he complained of uneasiness and was taken to police hospital.This State Assembly had witnessed repeated disruptions and was adjourned for the day today following unprecedented pandemonium.
