In Assam, a CBI court today remanded social welfare department employee, R H Khan, to judicial custody. Khan is an accused in the multi crore development fund diversion scam in North Cachar Autonomous Hills district. <br/><br/>CBI had sought Khan's custody after arresting his brother Abdul Majid and recovering 13.65 crore rupees in cash from his residence. <br/><br/>National Investigation Agency has filed a charge sheet against 14 persons, including Khan, for their alleged involvement in the scam.<br/>
