In Chhattisgarh, Naxalites killed one villager last night suspecting him to be police informer. The victim happens to be the husband of a lady Sarpanch of village Rete in the Rajnandgaon district of the state. Similarly naxlaites also damaged a police station under construction near Chitrakut in the Bastar district of the state last night. On the other hand, vehicular movements got affected in the interior areas of the Bastar division and Jashpur district of the state today due to the bandh call given by the naxalites. The naxalites have reportedly given the call in protest against price rise and corruption.
