Congress president Sonia Gandhi has said that violence cannot be a solution to any problem and that everything can be solved through dialogue. Addressing poll meetings in Dhanbad and Dumka in Jharkhand, she termed naxalism is the foremost challenge before the state. Sonia Gandhi claimed that the Congress would address problems of everybody and promised welfare to all sections of the society, including tribals, dalits and backwards. She said, there would not be any displacement without proper rehabilitation.<br/>
