The government today said there has been a decline in Naxal activities, as it was focusing on development works like roads, and trying to enhance skills of youth in affected areas. <br/><br/>During the Question Hour in Rajya Sabha, Minister of State for Home Hansraj Ahir said, the government was focusing on development and creating employment opportunities. <br/><br/>Mr Ahir was responding to a question on the number of youths joining naxalism or terror outfits due to unemployment. The Minister said that no specific study has been conducted to ascertain the number of youths joining such organisations due to joblessness.
