<div><span style="font-size: 10pt;">  Principal Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, J&K,  Navin Choudhary stressed on achievement of 100% target and effective implementation of Kissan Credit Card scheme for benefitting maximum number of farmers. AIR Jammu Correspondent reports that he laid stress on substantially increase in the credit flow to the farmers without any interruption and asked the representatives of Union Territory Level Banker's Committee (UTLBC) to pass directions to all lead banks in the UT to achieve 100 percent target under the scheme. He asked to revise target of the banks, and by 7th August, 2020, achieve 2 and a half times more credit flow as against the credited exposure of the last financial year. He also directed to achieve 100 percent coverage under KCC scheme through a sustained drive by the District Agriculture Officer and directed to encourage farmers to engage in poultry, fisheries and other such sectors.</span></div><span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />
