Chief Minister of Odisha Naveen Patnaik says, he will express his Government's opinion the opinion on setting up of National Counter Terrorism Centre at the Chief Minister's meeting scheduled to be held this Saturday at New Delhi. He told this to media persons at Bhubaneswar before leaving for New Delhi.
