Indian Naval Ship Cankarso, the newly inducted Water Jet Fast Attack Craft returned to Goa after capturing 15 pirates who were threatening merchant shipping in the Arabian sea.The Naval Ship successfully engaged the pirate ship ‘Prantlay’ in self defence and sunk the same near the Lakshadweep Island on 28th of last month while on an anti piracy patrol near Lakshadweep islands. The pirates were brought to Mumbai and handed over to the police.
