The 153rd birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda is being observed as National Youth Day across the country today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid tribute to Swami Vivekananda. In a tweet, he saluted the Swami Vivekananda on his birth anniversary.<br/><br/>Mr. Modi will also address the 20th National Youth Festival in Chhattisgarh via video conference today. Over 6000 youths from across the country will gather at the upcoming-capital Naya Raipur of Chhattisgarh for the Festival.
