Prime Minister Narendra Modi today greeted the countrymen and Election Commission on National Voters' Day. In a series of tweets Mr Modi said elections are celebrations of democracy and urged urged every eligible voter to exercise his or her franchise. He also urged all those who turn 18 to register as a voter. Mr. Modi said elections communicate the will of the people, which is supreme in a democracy.
