Emphasizing the need to create awareness regarding cyber laws, a one day National Seminar for the IT Secretaries of all the States and Union Territories will be held on Sunday in the capital. Briefing the Press, the Chairperson of the Central Administrative Tribunal Justice Rajesh Tandon informed that Seminar would be inaugurated by the Chief Justice of India Mr K. G. Balakrishnan. Union Minister for Law and Justice Dr. Veerappa Moily will preside over the Inaugural Function. Judges of the Supreme Court and various High Courts would be attending the Seminar. The Implementation and Challenges faced in the enforcement of cyber law would be deliberated upon and the purpose of the Seminar is to create and spread awareness regarding the various provisions of the IT Act.<br/>
