Chandigarh boys and Manipur girls emerged triumphant in the 58th National School Games under-14 football tournament at the Mumbai Schools Sports Association ground.In the finals yesterday, Chandigarh boys defeated West Bengal 4-2 via penalty shoot out after the teams were goalless at full time and even after extra time. Manipur girls beat Haryana 5-0 in the title clash. N Ratan Bala Devi scored three goals for Manipur while Ranjana and MK Kashmira chipped in with one apiece.Meanwhile, Punjab beat Delhi 2-0 while Goa downed Maharashtra 3-1 in the play-off for the third place in boys and girls, respectively.
