Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party today filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking a direction to the Centre and the State Government to keep schools, colleges and hospitals out of the purview of curfew. The petition has also sought protection to students, daily wage labourers and chemists from its purview.
