Minister of State for Health Anupriya Patel informed the Lok Sabha today that National Organ Registration Number have increased from 2.5 lakh to ten lakh. Replying supplementaries, she said, government has decided to establish five regional centres in different states to create awareness among people for organ donation. Ms Patel said several awareness campaigns and drives are being conducted by her Ministry among masses.
