National Medical Commission Bill 2017 was introduced in the Lok Sabha today. <br/><br/>The bill provides for a medical education system that ensures availability of adequate and high quality medical professionals. <br/><br/>It also aimed at encouraging medical professional to adopt latest medical research in their work and contributing to research. <br/><br/>The bill has provisions for periodic assessments of medical institutions and facilities and enforcing high ethical standards in all aspects of medical services. <br/><br/>Health Minister J P Nadda introduced the Bill in the house.
