The National manufacturing policy of the government will be announced by the end of this year. The Union Minister for commerce Mr. Anand Sharma told reporters in Jaipur today that the draft policy has already been released on 31st March this year. It will be finalized after the discussions on the policy by different groups of experts.Referring to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, Mr. Sharma said that investment of rupees four lakh crore is expected in DMIC. He said that after completion of this ambitious project the manufacturing in the country will be doubled and employment opportunities will increase three-fold.
