The 34 National Games, which was to be held from December 9 to 22 in Ranchi, has been postponed because of the Panchayat elections in Jharkhand. The elections are scheduled in November and December.This was disclosed to reporters by the state Chief Secretary A. K. Singh.This is the sixth time that the National Games in Ranchi has been postponed. Last National Games was held in Guwahati in 2007.
