The much awaited 34th National Games will begin on Saturday at Ranchi where atheletes from diferent states and all the Union Territories will be taking part. In addition to Ranchi, some game events are being held at Jamshedpur and Dhanbad also.Today a curtain raiser prograame was held at Ranchi with much fanfare. Speaking to media, the President of the Indian Olympic Association said that this National Game is significant in view of 2112 London Olympic as athletes would be selected for special coaching based on their performances in this 34th National games.
