The Prime Minister today said a draft national food security<br/>bill is under preparation. Dr Singh announced a National Social Security Fund in unorganised sector to be set up with an initial corpus 1,000 crore rupees. He has appealed to all groups in Jammu and Kashmir to shed violence and come to the dialogue table.
