National Food Security Act has been implemented in all states of the country. Briefing media in New Delhi today, Food Minister Ram Vilas Paswan said this will benefit about 80 crore people in the country, especially the most vulnerable sections of the society. <br/><br/>Speaking on reforms in Public Distribution System, Mr Paswan said automation of Fair Price Shops is being done to reduce leakage. He also said, AADHAR seeding has helped weed out duplicate, bogus and ineligible ration cards. <br/><br/>He added that Depot Online System has been rolled out in depots of FCI. He further informed that Pension Scheme and Post Retirement Medical Scheme has been implemented in FCI.<br/><br/>On the occasion, he also released a booklet on key initiatives undertaken by the Ministry. <br/><br/>
