Chairman of National Human Right Commission Justice H L Dattu today said there is no reason why people die of starvation in a country which is self sufficient in food. <br/><br/>In his address at Right to Food Conference in New Delhi, he said normally National Food Security Act is for poor people but during natural calamity it is applicable to all. Justice Dattu also said that people should be watchdog for welfare schemes rather only complaining of leakage and diversion.
