<span style="color: #222222;">National Federation of the Blind on Friday staged a demonstration before the Congress Headquarters in New Delhi to lodge protest against the alleged manhandling of visually impaired employee by a Uttarakhand Congress MLA, Manoj Rawat. Addressing the gathering general Secretary of the  Federation S K Rungta and president Kusum Lata Malik condemned the act of the MLA and said that the act is clear evidence of negative and pervasive mindset towards the persons with disabilities. Later the Federation submitted a memorandum addressed to the Congress President Sonia Gandhi and demanded action against Mr Rawat.</span>
