The prestigious National Defence College , which has produced several Army,Navy and Air Force Chiefs, is celebrating its Golden Jubilee on Thursday in New Delhi.A two-day International Seminar, to be inaugurated by the President Pratibha Devisinghon, has been organised to mark the celeberations. The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will deliver the valedictory address on Friday. King of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuck, who is an alumnus of the NDC, will be the Chief Guest. A galaxy of world leaders and top military commanders will attend the deliberations.
