<span style="color: #222222;">A total number of 40, 715 new COVID cases have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours taking the cumulative positive cases to over 1.16 crore.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Health Ministry said, 199 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours taking the toll to over 1.60 lakh across the country.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Presently, the total number of active cases in the country is over 3. 45 lakh which comprises only 2.96 per cent of the total positive cases.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The country's COVID-19 recovery rate is at 95.67 per cent with the total recovery of more than 29 thousand patients in the last 24 hours.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Ministry said over 1.11 crore patients have already recovered from the disease.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Ministry added that 4. 84 crore doses of Covid vaccine have been administered to the beneficiaries in the country so far.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Union Health Ministry said that more than 32.53 lakh doses were given to the beneficiaries in the last 24 hours.</span>
