National Commission for Scheduled Castes Chairman P L Punia has called for implementation of reservations for Scheduled Caste in Private sector. Addressing a press conference in Hyderabad on Wednesday, he said all the policies that are applicable for public sector undertakings should be implemented in private sector as their major funding comes from public sector. He said private sector has a social responsibility of uplifting the weaker sections of the society.
