Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Anant Geete said that the National Automobile Mission 2016 will be extended till 2026. The Mission envisages India to become an international hub for designing and manufacturing of automobile and auto components.<br/><br/>He was addressing a seminar on auto sector in the Make in India in Mumbai today. Mr. Geete said that his ministry is also trying to establish a technology fund for companies. He insured investors that the centre will take care of Indian auto companies. He appealed Indian auto companies to become more competitive.
