The Ministry of Women and Child Development is to form a National Alliance against Online Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation with the aim of developing a comprehensive outreach system. <br/><br/>An official release said the government is also working on a mechanism to "lock" websites containing child pornographic materials and is also developing standard operating procedures to curb abusive material. <br/>'<br/>These formed the part of a consultation held in New Delhi today on National Alliance against Sexual Abuse of Children in the Cyber Space. The meeting was attended by representatives from Home Ministry, Department of Information & Technology, Delhi Police and NGOs.<br/>
