The nation will pay homage to the Father of the Constitution, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on his 119th Birth Anniversary tomorrow. A series of functions have been organised across the country to mark the day.<br/> The Presient, Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil will lead the nation in paying floral tributes to the Statue of Baba Saheb in Parliament lawns organised by Dr. Ambedkar Foundation. Dignitaries and Members of Parliament will also pay floral tributes at his portrait in the Central Hall of Parliament House.
