It also declared a holiday today.<br/><br/>The Karnataka government also declared a day of state mourning as a mark of respect to the AIADMK leader.<br/><br/>The West Bengal government declaring today a day of mourning adjourned the state assembly.<br/><br/>The union territory of Puducherry had also announced a holiday for all government offices and educational institutions today as a mark of respect.<br/><br/>Puducherry government also announced a three-day state mourning.<br/><br/>Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced one-day state mourning in the state as a mark of respect to the departed leader.
