Nation remembers victims of Mumbai carnage

The nation remembered victims of the Mumbai carnage on Thursday, with Parliament making a resolve to unitedly fight and defeat the forces of terrorism. In Pune, President Pratibha Devisingh Patil expressed Government's determination to track down those responsible for the ghastly attacks. <br/><br/>Members in both the Houses of parliament stood in silence for a minute in memory of those killed in Mumbai terror attacks on this day last year.<br/>Meanwhile, Mumbai, which was shaken by the 26/11 terror attacks a year ago, came out in full force on Thursday to express their solidarity against terrorism.<br/><br/>The Union Minister of Home Affairs P. Chidambaram lauded the sacrifice made by security personnel at a function held in Mumbai where he handed over papers of petrol pumps allotted to families of martyrs of 26/11 attack.<br/>
