The nation is paying homage to late Congress leader Sanjay Gandhi on his 63rd Birth anniversary on Monday. A series of functions have been organised in the National Capital to mark the day. Former Union Minister and his wife Maneka Gandhi, his son and BJP MP Varun Gandhi, senior Congress leader Motilal Vora were among those who visited Shantivan Memorial of late leader and paid tributes. A prayer meeting was also held there.<br/>
