Nation is remembering former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh on his 112th birth anniversary today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan, Deputy Speaker M Thambidurai, and Rashtriya Lok Dal President Ajit Singh paid floral tributes at the portrait of the late leader at Parliament House. Describing Chaudhary Charan Singh as a mass leader, the Prime Minister said that he dedicated his whole life to the welfare of farmers and the poor.
