Nation paid rich tributes today to the architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on his 53rd death anniversary, known as Mahaparinirvan Diwas. In Delhi, main function was organised in Parliament complex, where Lok Speaker Mrs. Meira Kumar and leaders of different political parties paid floral tributes to the departed leader. In Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Ms. Mayawati offered floral tributes to Dr. Ambedkar at the sprawling Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Parivartan Sthal. In Mumbai, people from across the country paid tribute Dr. Ambedkar at Chaitya bhoomi.
