A grateful nation pays homage to former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh on his 23rd death anniversary today. Several functions have been organised at his memorial, Kisan Ghat in the national capital to mark the occasion. An all religion-prayer meeting will be held at his memorial.<br/>
