Nation pays homage to the Architect of Indian Constitution, Bharat Ratna Dr. B. Ambedkar on his 57th death anniversary today. A number of functions are being organised to mark the occasion also known as Mahaparinirvan Diwas. Elaborate security arrangements have been made in and around Shivaji Park ground in central Mumbai as lakhs of his followers are expected to converge to pay homage to him. People stood in long queues on the road leading to 'Chaitya Bhoomi', where Ambedkar was cremated in 1956.
