Nation expresses grief over demise of former PM of Japan Shinzo Abe

The Vice President expressed his deepest condolences to Shinzo Abe's family members and the people of Japan.<br />'' <br />'' Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also expressed grief over the demise of former Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe. In a series of tweets, Mr. Modi said, he is shocked and saddened beyond words at the tragic demise of one of his dearest friends Shinzo Abe. He said, Mr. Abe made an immense contribution to elevating India-Japan relations to the level of a special strategic and global partnership. Defence Minister said, he met with Mr. Abe during his visit to Japan in 2019 who had the vision to create a safe and better world.
