Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh today said relations with Pakistan will improve only when Islamabad prevents the use of its territory under its control for anti-India activities. Addressing the nation from the ramparts of historic Red Fort on the 67th Independence Day Dr. Singh condemned the recent dastardly attacks on Jawans along the Line-of-Control with Pakistan and said that all possible steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in future.
