The 123rd birth anniversary of freedom fighter Pandit Govind Ballabh pant is being celebrated today.The Vice President Mr M. Hamid Ansari paid floral tributes at the statue of Late Govind Ballabh Pant outside Parliament House in the national capital. A series of functions have been orgainsed to mark the occasion.
