<br/>Chief Election Commissioner Nasim Zaidi has emphasized on the conduct of the polls in transparent, participative, inclusive and voter friendly manner. <br/><br/>Addressing a meeting of General and Police observers of five polls bound states in New Delhi, he said the observers should adhere to the code of ethics and familiarize important instructions for voter facilitation. <br/><br/>Mr. Zaidi applauded their efforts as the observers chalk out an effective plan for deployment of Central Armed Police Forces to ensure a level playing field among all stake holders. <br/><br/>Election Commissioner A K Joti directed to ensure effective distribution of postal ballot. Another Election Commissioner O P Rawat said the quality of performance of observers in the field will be of paramount importance in ensuring successful conduct of election process in a free and transparent manner. <br/>
