Union minister for Panchayati Raj and BJP's poll incharge for Punjab Sh Narendra singh Tomar has ruled out any intervention of centre on Satluj Yamuna Link issue.<br/><br/> He said that both Punjab and Haryana Governments should sit together to solve the issue. Addressing a press conference in Jalandhar<br/><br/> Mr. Tomar said that water is a state subject and both states should resolve the issue amicably through bilateral talks. <br/><br/>On the issue of problems being faced by the common man to get the currency after denomination decision Sh Tomar said that Prime Minister has taken a daring step to curb menace of black money and people are supporting the decision. <br/><br/>He said that BJP and Shiromini Akali Dal would contest forthcoming assembly elections under alliance and development would be the key poll plank.<br/><br/> Mr. Tomar revealed that BJP President Amit Shah and organization secretary of the party Ram Lal would visit Jalandhar on 20th November to take stock of the preparations of the party for coming assembly elections.
