Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been named the leader of reconstituted BJP Parliamentary Party in both Houses of Parliament.

Home Minister Rajnath Singh will be Deputy leader of the party in the Lok Sabha while Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Deputy leader in the Rajya Sabha.

A release by the BJP Parliamentary Party office said Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu has been appointed as the Government's Chief Whip, Prakash Javadekar Deputy Chief Whip in the Rajya Sabha and Santosh Gangwar in the Lok Sabha.

Arjun Ram Meghwal has been nominated as the party chief whip in the Lok Sabha and Avinash Rai Khanna in the Rajya Sabha.
